Court Policy

All individuals entering the courthouse must proceed through security screening.  For security reasons, no liquids-including coffee and water bottles-are allowed to be brought into the courthouse.

You may now make payments online by ticket number/case number, driver's license number or  your name and date of birth. 

There is a service fee of 4% with a minimum of $3.00. ​

Court Hours

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:25 p.m.  The court is closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

​There are 2 after hours locked drop-boxes.  One is located at the Courthouse on the parking lot side of the building.  The other is located in front of the Police Department (310 E. 9 Mile Rd).  Please put your ticket and payment in an envelope.

ADA Accommodations

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Court invites individuals with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in court hearings or other court business to complete the Request for Accommodations Form and file it with the Court as soon as possible to avoid delays.
