Court Policy

All individuals entering the courthouse must proceed through security screening.  For security reasons, no liquids-including coffee and water bottles-are allowed to be brought into the courthouse.

GPS will assess a convenience fee of 3.5%  or $3.50 (whichever is greater) to pay online and 5% or $11 (whichever is greater) to pay over the telephone. 

Please have the correct amount of the ticket and ticket information available.  Tickets are payable within 10 days from the date of issue. 

Court Hours

Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  The court is closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

There is an after hours locked drop-box located in front of the Police Department (310 E. 9 Mile Rd).  Please put your ticket and payment in an envelope.

ADA Accommodations

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Court invites individuals with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in court hearings or other court business to complete the Request for Accommodations Form and file it with the Court as soon as possible to avoid delays.
